Since Sichuan Air Separation Plant(Group) Co., Ltd （SASPG）obtained the self-operated import and export business right in December, 1996, under the powerful support and concern from the departments at all levels， the Company has been developing international market through continuous adjustment of product structure. For decade more than 20 products such as air separation plant, cryogenic liquid storage and transportation equipment, etc manufactured by SASPG have entered into international market with excellent quality, good service and rational price.     Formation and alteration of SASPG import and export organization

    SASPG. Import and Export Company grew out of SASPG. import and export section of Engineering Department. On June 6, 1998 SASPG. Import and Export Company was formed. Being as the secondary unit, the Company on behalf of SASPG, develops the import and export business. From August, 1999 to now Mr. Shan Jinming, general manager of SASPG, has hold the post of general manager of the Import and Export Company to strength the management of the company and increase the development of international market. Moreover, in order to meet the needs for international market and strength the development of Southeast Asia and South Asia markets SASPG. Import and Export Company set up Vietnam Office and India Office respectively in 2004 and 2006. Within the company the export department and project department were also established.

    Obtaining of self-operated import and export business right and changing of certificate.

In December 1996 Sichuan foreign Economy & Trade Commission approved that SASPG obtained the self-operated import and export business right. The approval document no .is CWJ(1996) No.356.

In April 1997        SASPG obtained the self-clearing registration certificate from  Chengdu Customs, PRC and got the qualification of self-clearing customs. The approval document no. is Chengdu Customs Doc. No. 5110910211.

    After Ziyang became the prefecture-level city in 2002, Chengdu Customs gave the re-registration to SASPG..  The registrated no. was changed into Chengdu Custom Doc. No.5126910211.

    After Sichuan Commerce Bureau was established in April, 2004, SASPG was reexamined and re-approved, and issued “Import and Export Enterprise Qualification Certificate of the People’s Republic of China”. The approval document no. is CZYR(2004)148.

    In January 2005, Sichuan Inspection and Quarantine Bureau agreed and approved that SASPG had the self-declaring inspection qualification and also issued the “Self-declaring Inspection Registration Certificate of the people’s Republic of China”, The Record no is 5100600218.

    After having obtained the self- operated import and export business right in December 1996, SASPG specially established SASPG Import and Export Company in order to make better contact with foreign customers. In 1998 SASPG Import and Export Company was moved from Jianyang to Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province, which can provide faster and more convenient transportation and communication. In order to provide better service for customers, SASPG has also set up offices in Vietnam and India with good market prospects. For decade SASPG has sold in succession 35 sets of large, middle and small size air separation plants, 8 sets of dissolved acetylene equipment, 2 sets of petroleum gas liquefaction equipment, about 200 sets of cryogenic liquid storage and transportation equipment and other associated mechanical and electrical products to more than 20 countries and regions such as Turkey, India, Vietnam, Syria, Malaysia, USA, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Ukraine, Korea, Sudan, Burundi, Nigeria, Thailand, Myanmar, Philippines, etc. The volume of business for annual product export has increased from less than USD 200,000 in 1998 to USD 8,000,000 in 2005. From January to July 2006 USD 15,000,000 of purchase orders from foreign companies were signed. SASPG holds a certain market share in the same trade in the Middle East, South Asia and Southeast Asia.

    Great attention has been paid to product quality. In order to let our products be in an impregnable position in the keen competition international market, SASPG always pays great attention to the quality control of export products. SASPG has obtained one after another the design and manufacture license for class ARI, CR2 and DR4 pressure vessels issued by the State Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine, ASME Certificate and stamp of U,       U2 as well as ISO9001 quality system certification, etc. By means of increasing technology development and upgrading products and continuously tapping newly additional value of product, a solid foundation has been laid for the products manufactured by SASPG to enter into the world market.
