SASPG Vessel Company is the manufacturer especially for the design and fabrication of cryogenic liquid storage and transportation equipment.

    Aiming at the enterprise purpose of “All for Customer and All for Development”, the company has developed the complete series products such as cryogenic liquid storage tank, tanker and vaporizing equipment for LO₂, LN₂, LAr, LNG, LCO₂, etc. Main products are the large powder nitrogen-filling insulation storage tank, powder vacuum insulation storage tank, cryogenic liquid tank, LCO₂ tanker, LNG vacuum storage tank, large LNG primary and secondary tank group, LPG tanker, acetylene tanker, high vacuum and multi-large insulation LH₂ storage tank, cryogenic liquid container, high vacuum insulation vessel and various grade I,II,III pressure vessels, air-heated or water bath vaporizer, etc.

    SASPG Vessel Company has obtained the design and fabrication certificate of grade I,II,III pressure vessels( including A1,A2,C2,C3,B3), ASME certificate and stamps of U, U2, ISO 9001 quality system certificate issued by the authentication center of China Machine Building Industry,, military industrial product quality system certificate, class II installation qualification, “Movable Tank Certificate” for tank –type issued by CCS and CCC certificate for cryogenic liquid tanker..

    For many years SASPG Vessel Company has provided the “one continuous line” service for the design of storage tank, the fabrication of bulk parts and installation on the site and provided the “key hand-over project”. Since all the work can be completed with within the company without any subcontract or external coordination, the comprehensive quality of storage tank can be better ensured. With more than 20-year history of the building of large storage tank, the company is now the largest design and fabrication manufacture in China. From technology introduction to initiative creativeness the company has formed the design, fabrication and installation system with it own features. So far, the  company has provided more than 100  sets of large cryogenic normal pressure storage tank with excellent quality for the customers, among which 20-odd sets have the volume over 2000m³.

    SASPG Vessel Company has the stronger unitizing capacity of cryogenic liquid tanker, the well-proven and advanced experience in unitizing the chassis with running part of underframe. The company can select and fit the axle, wheel type, ABS anti-braking system, dual-circuit braking system and air suspension system, etc according to the needs of users to ensure the reliability and stability of the tanker.

    The standard LNG tank-type containers are manufactured, inspected and tested as per the requirements in international maritime organization “International Maritime Dangerous Goods Rules” and China Class Society CCS Test Specification of Container and can be transported by road, water or though-transported by both. Such tests as stocking, top-hoisting bottom-hoisting, loading transfer distribution longitudinal fastening, lateral stiffness, longitudinal stiffness,internal lateral fastening and climbing ladder strength are done for the sample container as per the requirements in CCS “Test Specification of Container”. The company has got the “Movable Tank  and Cabinet Certificate ” issued by CCS. The sample container was done the cryogenic test at the State Cryogenic Vessel Quality Supervision Test Center. All the performance index are better than those in the state standard and daily evaporation capacity is the lowest within the same trade in China.

    SASPG Vessel Company is the appointed production unit of military industrial products in China and Provides the liquid oxygen filling tanker for air plane of air force, the high pressurized liquid oxygen tank for submarine of navy and membranes separation oxygen and nitrogen making truck for the second artillery troops all year round. Since the end of 1980’s, the company has been successively providing the LO2 and LN2 high pressure vaporizing truck, tanker and semi-trailer with size ranging from 2m³ to 20m³ as well as cryogenic liquid storage tank, vaporizer, etc with large capacity for the three large satellite launching bases (Jiuquan, Xichang and Taiyuan). In 2000, the high pressure liquid oxygen charging cylinder made for Jiuquan Satellite Launching base was awarded the outstanding contribution prize for Shenzhou space ship issued by the said base.

    SASPG Vessel Company is one of the earliest units which engage in the research of extra-cryogenic medium (under ―253℃) storage and transportation equipment. The research fields cover the structure design of storage tank, equipment reliability under extra cryogenic condition, development of associated values, etc. In 2005, the company provided 3 sets of 80m³ LH₂  storage tank for aerospace system for the filling of fuel of hydrogen and oxygen engine for high propulsion rocket. The completion of this project is the long-term research and test results of the company, which fills the gap of extra cryogenic storage tank and ends the history of importing liquid hydrogen storage tank from foreign country in China.
