SASPG(Sichuan Air Separation Plant(Group)Co.,Ltd) has established the scientific research institutes such as Sichuan Cryogenic Equipment Institute, Welding Research Institute, etc
specially for the development and research of various new products. Under SASPG a product design office is set up for the design of all types of product.
SASPG also widely develops the cooperative research with the famous universities in China such as Zhejiang University, Xi’an Jiaotong University and Huazhong University of Science & Technology as well as the technical and production cooperation with well-known foreign companies such as Praxair, Air Liquide, etc to digest and assimilate the advanced technology and continuous make innovation. Thus,the product technical level has greatly improved and ranked first in China.
SASPG has the world-advanced air separation process design software. At present the independent and initial design capacity of the company for air separation plant can be up to grade 60,000 Nm3/h. The company has provided a series of large air separation plants such as 28,000 Nm3/h, 45,000 Nm3/h, etc for the customers both at home and abroad.
With the design and fabrication capacity for 2000～5000m3/h large storage tank and advanced fiber insulation technology, etc., SASPG ranks the first place in technology and production scale for the storage and transportation equipment in China.
SASPG is the earliest design unit in natural gas separation plant in China, specially engaging in the design and fabrication of complete of natural gas separation and liquefaction plant. 280,000m3/D and 450,000m3/D LGP exported to Myanmar are the largest plants in China today.
 SASPG applies the world-advanced NREC expander software design technology, CAE performance analysis software and advanced 5-axis NC milling machine. With the advanced design and perfect test device, the technical level of turbine expander always takes the lead in China.
SASPG also specially engages in the design and manufacture of cryogenic and special valves. Whole series of LNG valves have been successfully developed and completely entered into petro-chemical industry.
SASPG has the largest vacuum-brazing furnace in the world. The plate-fin heat exchangers with high quality have been widely used in air separation plant, natural gas separation plant and ethene cold box.
SASPG has the design and production capacity specially for city sewage treatment system, capable of accepting various sewage treatment projects.
SASPG has the special design and manufacture department for medical apparatus and centralized O2 supply system for hospital. Various medical equipment produced by the company have completely entered the large hospitals in China.
